How much does shipping cost?
Many of our items have free shipping but some may require additional fees for oversized products or delivery to rural locations. Please check the individual product page of the product you want to purchase for details. If there are any issues or additional fees unique to your order, we will contact you before shipping and final payment. Please see our shipping policy for more details.

Can I return an item?
It depends. Most items can be returned if they are unused, in original packaging and are returned within 30 days. Items that cannot generally be returned include clearance items, disposable products, any item where there are hygiene concerns. We do our best to include specific information and policy exceptions on the individual product page. Please contact us if you have any questions before you purchase.

Where do you ship from?
Horizon Midland LLC is based in Pittsburgh, PA, USA. However, our products ship from our network of partner warehouse and logistic centers located in almost every state. Many products ship directly from the manufacturer to protect product integrity and keep costs down for our customers.
We currently only ship within the United States not including Alaska and Hawaii. We plan to offer more shipping options in the future.
Why do I need an account to place an order?
A simple account with your name, address, and payment information is created with your first purchase so that you can easily track your order and/or make future purchases. You will also be able to choose a username and password. If you order over the phone or chat, an account will be created for you and you will receive an email with login instructions.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer several options. Most customers prefer credit or debit card. We also offer flexible payments for certain order values. If you wish to pay by check or bank transfer, please contact us. Particularly high order values may require part or all of the payment to be made by check or bank transfer. If you require an invoice please contact us.
